FairWild in Nepal: Rare Species, Growing Markets

Nepal’s Himalayan flora is as economically valuable as it is ecologically unique. This report introduces the SHIFT project, highlighting how FairWild is collaborating with local communities to promote sustainable trade in wild-harvested plants and fungi, thereby protecting livelihoods, biodiversity, and supply chains in one of the world’s richest regions for wild plants.
